Train together.  Show up for each other.

The workouts are why people come.  The people, and the events, are why they stay.

Testimonials

In their own words

Four members on how they started, what changed and what they'd tell someone thinking about a first class.

“All you need to do here is show up.  That's literally the hardest part.”

Couldn't run a mile when she started.  Two full marathons since.

“Honestly, the biggest surprise and the biggest blessing has been the community.”

Came in with no barbell experience, after her husband joined first.

“You're never gonna have time unless you prioritize time.”

Tired of going it alone and needed somewhere that kept her accountable.

“About three days in, I realized that I couldn't do it on my own.”

Signed up for 14 days to learn a thing or two.  He's still here.

The Consistency Club

Nobody gets on the board alone

Coaches and members cheer each other through the last rep, partner up on the hard days, and notice when someone's missing.  That's what keeps people coming back, and we celebrate everyone who does.

12+classes in a month puts you on the monthly Consistency Club

Events

Always something on the calendar

Murph on Memorial Day, Friday Night Lights during the Open, Lift Off, the Labor Day WOD, The Gauntlet, the 12 Days of Christmas WOD and a handful of holiday workouts.

Every Memorial Day

Murph

We take on Murph in honor of LT Michael P. Murphy, U.S. Navy: a 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats and another 1-mile run.  Split the reps however you like, and scale to where you are.

Every fall

The Gauntlet

Our fall competition: seven stations with a 200 m run before each one, finished against a 40-minute cap.  Individual, scaled and partner divisions, so everyone has a way in.

Every year

Lift Off

A competition we co-host with another local gym, and now an annual event.  Watch here for next year's date.

Every Labor Day

Labor Day WOD

One of our annual holiday workouts, and a different workout every year.  We start the holiday the best way we know: together, with the whole gym.

Plus our annual holiday workouts: the Jesus WOD (the Saturday before Easter), the Daniel Hero WOD (the first week of June, honoring Army Sergeant 1st Class Daniel B. Crabtree of Hartville), a 9/11 tribute workout and a Christmas Eve workout.
