Life can be crazy and at times it can feel like you don’t even have time to take care of yourself. But do you have 30 minutes? Maybe an hour a couple days of the week? Let us help you erase the excuses. Our spacious facility, extensive inventory of equipment, and personalized programming means there will be no planning, setup, or waiting for equipment. Get in, get out, and get more out of your workouts with us! 

 

 WHY PERSONAL TRAINING?  

When we say personalized training, we really mean personalized. Your trainer will assess your current state of fitness, discuss what you want out of your training, and create a personalized program for you! The one on one direct attention you will receive will provide you with the motivation to push yourself further than you thought imaginable! You can be assured you are performing each exercise with safe and proper form as our certified trainers watch closely and provide helpful cues and tips. Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, improve your cardio vascular, or lift heavy; we will provide the roadmap, we just need your effort!

Pricing

 One full session (1 hour): $50

One full session a week: $240 monthly

Two full sessions a week: $380 monthly

Three full sessions a week: $540 monthly


One half session (30 min): $30

One half session a week: $120 monthly

Two half sessions a week: $225 monthly

Three half sessions a week: $345 monthly
