The Gauntlet is Everhard Fitness’ one-workout fitness competition designed to challenge everyday athletes and seasoned competitors alike. Inspired by the grit and intensity of HYROX-style racing, The Gauntlet combines running with functional fitness movements to create one complete test of strength, endurance, conditioning and mental toughness.
This isn’t about being a professional athlete. It’s about finding out what you’re capable of when the clock starts and the pressure is on. Whether you’re chasing a fast time, competing against a friend, or simply looking for a reason to train with purpose, The Gauntlet gives you a finish line worth working toward.
